Product description

OATup® is a functional oat protein and fiber concentrate for food manufacturers, produced from upcycled oat pulp generated during oat drink production. With around 40% protein and 20% dietary fiber, naturally occurring BCAAs and a mild oat taste, it supports protein and fiber enrichment while contributing to texture and nutritional value. OATup® can be used in bakery, cereals, bars, sports nutrition, dairy alternatives, snacks and plant-based foods, making it a versatile ingredient for modern B2B formulations.

OATup® oat protein for food manufacturers

OATup® oat protein is an upcycled protein and fiber concentrate developed for industrial food formulations. As part of our plant-based protein ingredients, it combines approximately 40% protein with 20% dietary fiber and a mild oat taste.

Protein and fiber in one functional ingredient

OATup® supports protein enrichment, fiber enrichment and product development without requiring separate protein and fiber ingredients. For formulations requiring complementary plant protein profiles, manufacturers can also combine OATup® with organic pea protein.

From bakery to sports nutrition

The ingredient is suitable for cereals, granola, bars, bakery products, dairy alternatives, plant-based foods and performance nutrition. Manufacturers developing protein-rich products can also explore our sports nutrition applications.
