Anyone working in food development knows the situation: the recipe is ready, but the ingredient you need will not arrive for several weeks, is only available in large volumes, or is out of stock at short notice. Bottlenecks like these cost time, complicate planning and can hold back entire product ideas. We built our new Protein & Ingredients Hub in Germany for exactly these situations. From the end of Q3/2026, we will supply plant-based proteins, fibres and functional ingredients directly from stock in Germany, in both organic and conventional quality and with short delivery times. MOQ is on request only.
What direct warehouse access changes
With the hub, we will supply directly from stock in Germany instead of routing every order through longer procurement channels. For purchasing and product development, this means shorter delivery times, more flexible order quantities and reliable availability, even when things have to move quickly. Planning effort is reduced, and there is more room to respond to demand or tight project timelines.
Organic and conventional quality from a single source
We keep organic and conventional goods in stock side by side. If you need both qualities, you can source them through a single point of contact rather than splitting your orders across several suppliers. This simplifies the supplier structure and makes planning across different product lines easier.
Our product range at a glance
The range covers the key categories of plant-based ingredient sourcing:
- Proteins: pea protein as concentrate and isolate, rice protein, fava bean protein, as well as soy protein, soy flour and soy fibre
- Fibres: citrus fibre and apple fibre in various grades
- Functional ingredients: creatine monohydrate and a selection of amino acids for the supplements sector
The range addresses a variety of applications. Plant-based proteins from pea, rice, fava bean and soy are used in meat and dairy alternatives, bakery products and sports nutrition. Isolates offer a higher protein content, while concentrates provide a balanced ratio of functionality and cost. Citrus and apple fibre serve mainly for water binding and texture and are frequently used in clean-label formulations. Creatine monohydrate and amino acids round out the offering for sports nutrition and supplements. Further products are available on request.
Finished products and in-house developments
Alongside our standard products, we offer finished products from our own development and through exclusive partner companies. These include a high-protein cracker as a ready-to-eat product from our own production, an OMEGA-3 chia electrolyte drink as a functional beverage and a chia seed fibre drinking powder that can be used neutral or flavoured. If you want to build your own products, we can support you with private label and contract manufacturing.
